One of the very first animated GIFs that I created from online imagery. Using a colour picture straight out, combined with the "Groovy Rainbow" tool creates a more vibrant colour palette. The quality of an image always determines the outcome: Glossier and larger images bring the best results, and speed of the animation effect can also change how the final result will play out.
Messing around with "Background Removal" tool can be great fun, but also a little hit and miss. Sometimes, unwanted outer edges can ruin an image - this might be where Adobe Photoshop could come in handy! Other instances work just perfectly, so it really is all about experimenting! This is one I made in 2026 from online imagery.
